Attendees at the EU Bar Association (EUBA) Annual Conference on October 20 benefited from two panel discussions on the topics of EU competition law and EU environmental law. Mr Justice Gerard Hogan, speaking on Article 267 references to the Court of Justice for preliminary rulings on interpretation of EU law remarked: “Over the last five years I think we can say that Irish practice has reached a Goldilocks level, neither too few nor too many”.
